In achieving our goals, our annual work plan focuses on several high impact initiatives: leadership conferences, principal mentoring, fostering school-to-school support, networking and collaboration, strengthening partnerships across our system, supporting school councils, and contributing to a strong evidence-base through sharing school and strategic insights.
