On behalf of the Alliance, the focus of the Executive is to:

  • work across the Alliance and with stakeholders to inform, advocate and maximise the impact of IPS
  • facilitate professional collaboration across the Alliance and contribute to school, system and community capacity building focused on the overarching goal of improving learning outcomes
  • share evidence of impact and the quality work of IPS schools through strong communication with members, stakeholders and the broader community
  • undertake research and development activities to harness the collective capacity of the Alliance
  • advocate for and inform the development of options for school autonomy, policy implementation and ongoing system improvement.
